THE BRIEF

We were awarded this project by referral and negotiated the contract value with the client. This project was started with strict deadlines and commitments from the new tenants that were due to take occupation of the building once we had completed. In the four months we were on site we demolished the existing building and performed additions and added a second storey to the building. We were also contracted to perform finishes for the tenants who also imposed strict deadlines that were met. The result of the time, care and attention given to each aspect of the build can be seen in the finished product still looking as good as it did when first completed.
